Purebred Fitness offers a newly equipped, state-of-the-art gym with a unique innovative training style. Offering group classes or personal training, we cater to the needs and goals of individuals.

With over 60 classes per week all coached by professionals trained in a number of techniques, Purebred offers variety that will keep you highly motivated and ensure you never get bored of the same old routine training.

Purebred Fitness Booty Gym Classes


Build your booty, sculpt your legs and tone your waist line with exercises that target your whole lower body. This class works on finding that mind to muscle connection to enhance growth in the glutes and build strength in the legs.
Purebred Fitness Circuit Gym Classes


A group of structured exercises performed for a specific time. An effective time-based training session that includes body weight, strength, cardio, and core. The perfect class to go at your own pace or push yourself to the absolute limit.
Tabata Class


This class will ask you to dig deep and exert yourself with a consistent workload and remain active for a longer period of time. 4 minute rounds of work with combinations ranging from powerful bag work and equipment based exercises.

Purebred Fitness HIIT Gym Classes


High-intensity interval training. Give your all, for short periods of intense anaerobic exercises with little rest. Using explosive movements, this class will burn more fat in less time! 45 min class*
Purebred Fitness HIIT Gym Classes


High intensity movement’s targeting your core and burning body fat. Learn how to engage your core and build a strong foundation in your mid-section using specific exercises and static holds.
Purebred Fitness Hustle Gym Classes


Maximise your overall fitness levels through a diverse training program that will focus on form, strength and total body conditioning.

Hustle class runs on a 3-day training split.
Monday – lower body.
Tuesday – pull.
Friday – push.

Purebred Fitness Mums & Bubs Classes

Mums & Bubs

Designed for pre & post natal women with a creche service in a safe, rewarding and fun environment with an experienced coach. Utilise body weight, light resistance equipment and cardio circuits to strengthen and tone your body, with a focus on pelvic floor and the abdominals to help with recovery.

Purebred Fitness New Classes

Purebred Dog House

This class will be based on interval training, working at a high effort level for a longer duration throughout the movements. It will range from Bag work based on your speed and endurance with added body weight exercises thrown in to create a much higher intensity and calorie burn.  You will also find Strength based movements in the Doghouse class that will be sure to leave you crawling out of the room every time.

Purebred Fitness Shredded Gym Classes


Full body workout using only your body weight. This class will test your strength, power, endurance, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Burn stubborn body fat and improve your natural movement in this aerobics class.

Purebred Fitness Speed Gym Classes


Total body conditioning workout based on speed, power and endurance. This class will test your stamina and ability to constantly move through reps and rounds using functional movement patterns. Expect anything in this class!
Stretch & Mobility Workshop

Strength & Mobility Workshop

The ‘Not A Yoga’ class will focus on full body stretch and trigger point release. Releasing calves, hamstrings and groin to minimise lower back pains. Foam rollers will be implemented into this class to assist in the relief of aches and pains.

Purebred Fitness Stronger Gym Classes


Weight focused strength training. Using compound exercises and bodybuilding movements to sculpt your body and increase your strength. Form is the key for building muscle mass.
Purebred Fitness Super Saturday Group Training

Super Saturdays

Super Saturday is our biggest class of the week. This class is a high energy & high intensity workout which will involve a range of different movements. Including AMRAPS, time work, circuits, EMOMs and basically whatever the coach programs.

Purebred Boxing Chamber Sutherland Shire


Hard and fast intervals working at your maximum effort for a shorter period of time. This high intensity class will incorporate simple bag combinations followed by intense equipment/body weight movements.

Purebred Yoga Class

Yoga - Fortnightly

1 hour of flow yoga. In this class, postures are practiced to align strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion and standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds and hip openers.
