Fast 40
It’s exactly what the name says. 40 minutes of fast, intense, explosive functional training movements suitable for everyone. Classes will incorporate HIIT, Strength and Body Weight movements to ensure you get a solid full body workout on your lunch break!

Hustle
Maximise your overall fitness levels through a diverse training program that will focus on form, strength and total body conditioning.
Hustle class runs on a 3-day training split.
Monday – lower body.
Tuesday – pull.
Friday – push.

Mums & Bubs
Designed for pre & post natal women with a creche service in a safe, rewarding and fun environment with an experienced coach. Utilise body weight, light resistance equipment and cardio circuits to strengthen and tone your body, with a focus on pelvic floor and the abdominals to help with recovery.

Spin
Our specialised spin classes offer a high-intensity, leg burning workout. The class focuses on endurance, speed, recovery, intervals and strength which promises to deliver a great calorie output in a fun environment.
Spin currently unavailable due to social distancing regulations.

Stronger

Super Saturdays
Super Saturday is our biggest class of the week. This class is a high energy & high intensity workout which will involve a range of different movements. Including AMRAPS, time work, circuits, EMOMs and basically whatever the coach programs.
