When you enter our new boxing chamber a.k.a “Purebred Dog House” you will notice the energy and intensity flying high with music pumping and constant movements that will test everything you are made of.

These classes will include a huge variety of different boxing combinations which will also be coupled with fast and explosive bodyweight and strength focused exercises.

Featuring some amazing new equipment including YBells – a 4-in-1 hybrid weight system. The YBell is a kettlebell, dumbbell, double-grip medicine ball, and push-up stand combined into one and we can’t wait for you guys to try these out.⠀

You can definitely expect a unique, tough and full body workout every time you enter those glass doors. We can promise that this class will be up there with the hardest classes offered by any gym worldwide.
