Purebred Fitness established in 2017, is a gym conveniently located in the heart of the Sutherland Shire. We offer 60+ exclusive classes including Mums & Bubs, HIIT, Functional Training, Circuit, Body Building, Powerlifting, Boxercise, outdoor group classes and more. All classes are catered and modified to all fitness levels.

Our gym boasts 800 square meters of exclusive gym floor making it a spacious, yet community focused gym.

Luke Maggiore

Luke Maggiore

Director / Head Coach

Luke is our Head Coach and Director of Purebred Fitness. His passion for fitness sparked at a young age, competing in rugby league for 12 years, took part in amateur boxing fights, and most recently competed in IFBB – Men’s body building, winning gold on both occasions and running a sub 4-hour marathon.

Luke has completed a diploma in fitness and nutrition and along with all Purebred coaches is continually taking part in seminars and training to perfect his approach to training and in turn our offering to members. Luke specialises in; body sculpting, strength training, building muscle, High intensity interval training (HIIT) and whole body conditioning.

Justin Seeto

Justin Seeto

Coach

Justin is one of the best strength coaches the shire has to offer… Seriously! You should go to one of his Stronger classes and see for yourself! Justin’s background is in CrossFit and strength training, and over recent years he taken on and perfected jiu jitsu, having now received his blue belt.

Justin has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, and whilst he is an exceptional trainer he is also a paramedic. Justin’s areas of expertise are; muscle building, bodybuilding, Aesthetics training, programming, weight loss and total body conditioning.

Michaela Sargeant

Michaela Sargeant

Coach

Michaela Sergeant is truly the heart of Purebred. She is an ambassador for everything we believe in and is an integral part of the family like culture we have worked so hard to achieve. Michaela has completed her Cert III & Cert IV in Fitness and is currently completing her studies in a Bachelor of Human Movement and Physical Education.

Michaela has 4+ years’ experience in the industry and is a genius on all things strength and boxing. Her areas of speciality including high intensity interval training (HIIT), endurance, strength and fat loss.

Tam Kerr

Tam Kerr

Coach

Tam has over 13 years’ experience as a trainer and mentor in the fitness industry in both face-to-face and online environments. Tam focuses on the importance of mindsets, physical training, nutrition and her classes are like no other – continuously introducing new techniques and never running the same class twice.

Tam has successfully written and delivered elite training programs for individuals to help them achieve both their training and health goals. Her areas of speciality are nutrition, dietetics, body building, mindset, high intensity interval training (HIIT), fat loss and CrossFit.

Dave Farkas

Dave Farkas

Coach

Dave joins us with 8 years of experience in the Sports and Fitness Industry. He previously worked as a Coach at F45 and has played 20 seasons of Rugby League, with awesome success reaching semi-professional level.

Those who have participated in Dave’s classes before, knows he is a savage trainer on the gym floor dedicated to bringing the best out of everyone who walks through our doors. This guy is not only good to look at but he has such a warm and genuine personality with an endeavour to take his coaching from strength to strength.

Sarah Eardley

Sarah Eardley

Coach

Sarah comes to us with extensive experience in the Health and Fitness Industry. She started out in dancing and competed at a National level for 13 years. In the past two years Sarah has established a personal training business catered for young women, her focus is on building confidence not just in themselves but also in their training.

Lachlan Danise

Lachlan Danise

Coach

Lachlan Dansie joins us with 15 years experience in the Fitness industry completing a Diploma in Fitness and Certificate 4 in Massage Therapy. Lachie is a big fan of Bodyweight training but over the years have been qualified in and taught everything imaginable from CrossFit to Les Mills Pump, Body Balance and Spin, to Boxing and even Aqua Aerobics! He has done a lot of sports but has been most successful in Obstacle Course Racing.

Lachie also holds 5 time Australian Champion and 2 times World Enduro Champion, most recently completing a 12km obstacle course 15 times in a 24 hour period to claim the title. Some of the other events he has taken first place include Australia’s Toughest Mudder, the Men’s Fitness Magazine Fit Bloke Challenge, Currently holding more Spartan race wins than any other Aussie, and the only person to win every Spartan distance from Sprint to Ultra. He has also been a part of the winning team at the F45 National Play Offs for the last three years.

Gary Warner

Gary Warner

Coach

Gary comes to us with an extensive background in team and individual sports having played Rugby Union for 20+ years, competed in Bobsleigh at International level, (yes, he raced against the Jamaican bobsleigh team….think of the film, Cool Runnings), and has run many 10km to full Marathon races.

For the last 10+ years he has competed in Masters surf sports including the iconic Coolangatta Gold.

From all of this, he has gained a passion for the training process in itself and gets real reward from helping our members attain their individual goals.

He holds a Cert III and Cert IV in Fitness, a Diploma in Counselling and his approach is one of healthy bodies and positive mindsets.

You’ll find Gary coaching across all our classes including, Stronger, Fast40, Circuit, HIIT and Speed.

Beth Parkes

Beth Parkes

Coach

After realising a passion for fitness and strong drive to help others, Beth has recently completed her certificate 3 & 4 in fitness. Beth specialises in HIIT, strength training, finding balance and pilates. Her passion lays in helping people grow confidence in their training and themselves which enables them to live happier and healthier lives. You will find Beth teaching classes on our gym floor and pushing members outside their comfort zone which promotes clients to achieve things they didn’t know they were capable of. She combines her learnings from her studies and experience in the fitness industry as well as her Psychology degree to view clients through a holistic lens, focusing on physical and mental health and looking at important factors like sleep and nutrition.
